1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LienSimple ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Description of Service
LienSimple provides a web-based platform for tracking tax lien certificate investments, including interest calculation, redemption deadline tracking, and portfolio management tools. The Service is provided "as is" for informational and organizational purposes only.
Important: LienSimple is a tracking and organizational tool. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All plans include a 14-day free trial on paid tiers. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing service use. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all portfolio data you enter into the Service. We do not use your portfolio data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
LienSimple and Blueprint Creations are not liable for any investment losses, missed redemption deadlines, or financial decisions made using our tools. The Service is a tracking aid, not a financial advisor. Always verify information with your county tax collector and consult qualified professionals.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not: use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to access another user's account, scrape or copy content without authorization, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service's operation.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support@liensimple.com.
